Camp Courage depends on the compassion of High School students, adult Christian volunteers, interns, and paid staff to provide memorable camping experiences. We need at least 30 enthusiastic workers each summer, and our history is a testament to those that volunteer each year (and over many years).  Training is provided for all staff including Archery Certification, Lifeguard Certification, Leadership/Mentoring and Safety Modules, Food Handler's License, as well as CPR/First Aid where applicable. Consider joining us for a week or more this summer in a variety of areas:


CAMP IS A REAL JOB

Volunteers:

Age 15 and Up

  • Mom Volunteers (Nurses, Team Helpers, Kitchen Staff for Overnight Camp, Staging/Set Up Crew)
  • Cabin/Team Leaders
  • Cabin/Team Co-Leaders
  • Leaders In Training (Completed LIT summer allows a staff member to be considered for paid staff membership at age 16)

SKILLS LEARNED AS STAFF

Interns:

College and Technology students focus their learning expertise in a chosen field: 

  • Multimedia Design/Digital Media and/or Production 
  • Music Ministry
  • Children's Ministry
  • Para-church Ministry
  • Google STEM Leader - We partner with Google to provide an opportunity to explore technology.
